Refunds and cancellations

Season entries

Full refund if you ask within 7 days of the season start date. After that, season entries are not refunded. If we cancel a season, you are refunded in full.

Coaching sessions

• You cancel 24 hours or more before the session: full refund.
• You cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund, unless the coach agrees.
• The coach declines, or does not confirm within 12 hours: automatic full refund.
• The coach cancels, or is removed from the league: your session is cancelled and refunded in full.
• You paid but your place was released because the payment arrived after the 15-minute hold: automatic full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the mobile money number or card you paid with, through Paystack. The time your bank or mobile money provider takes to show the money is outside our control.

Delivery

We sell services, not goods. There is nothing to ship. A season entry gives you a place in a division as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a coaching booking is confirmed by the coach.

If a payment or refund does not look right, contact us on WhatsApp or email support@accratennisleague.com and give us the date and amount.
